Worship is the central piece of our lives together at Saint James. We believe worship is a way of living, that it is more than a once-per-week event. We come to expect that each of our lives will "sing songs of praise" to God whether we are working or playing or studying; worship is both a "gathered" community and a "scattered" community experience and both are important to the life of faith. God is the ever-present reality that guides and shapes our lives. Worship is giving thanks and connecting with the one who made us all.

Our goal in this ministry to the children and parents is to make sure children feel loved, are safe and parents feel secure in placing children in the loving care of our Nursery staff.
Nursery Care is offered Sunday mornings from 10:30AM until 12:30PM. Childcare is also available at special worship events (like Christmas Eve) as appropriate. We are blessed to have the following Sunday morning staff: Stephanie Japec. Children are able to play with age appropriate toys, books and puzzles. Nutritious snacks are available to children.
Communion

At Saint James, everyone is welcome to share communion with us. It does not matter how old or how young you are (children need to check with their parents or guardians about whether its okay to receive communion with us). It does not matter whether you are a member of this or any congregation. You are welcome at God's table. You are also welcome to decline sharing communion with us if it is not in keeping with your faith.

God is good- all the time! At Saint James, we affirm God's goodness because of our experience of God. God has made us who we are and has given us all that we have. God did not stop there; God became one of us and gave his life for us in Jesus. Giving is not just something God does; giving is a part of who God is.
